A whole day retreat starting from 8am with the option to continue to use the facilities and therapeutic treatments until 7pm. Three relaxing classes – Supple Body Moves; a blend of Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates using the Chi Ball, Stretch & Relaxation and Integral Hatha Yoga with deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra.
Access to the Spa,gym, swimming pools, gardens, an invigorating walk on the beach or just reading, resting, mingling or sleeping. Use of all massage and therapeutic equipment. |
